Arcus is a browser-based, user interface which transforms itself into the powerful Dispatch system. Arcus is ideal for distributed call center operations, and allows primary functions including call taking and dispatching, vehicle tracking and account/driver/vehicle administration.
Optional features include basic cashiering, SMS text notifications to passengers, as well as automated or driver initiated call outs.
Arcus Enterprise consists of 2 parts — Arcus Administration and Arcus Dispatch.
Arcus Administration allows authorized personnel to manage operator, driver and vehicle profiles. Configurable parameters allow you to tailor Arcus to your business processes.
Back Office Module
The optional Arcus Back Office module provides convenient access to driver transactions, account usage, and other valuable data related to cashiering & billing. It interfaces seamlessly with payment gateways to consolidate transaction information within a single database.
Arcus Dispatch provides a dynamic, browser based front end to the powerful Cabmate dispatch engine. It allows users to perform standard dispatch and calltaking tasks in an efficient manner, while providing a growing list of additional functionality to help you compete.
Messaging & Notification System
Arcus Messaging & Notifications links to Twilio and other supported APIs to facilitate outbound SMS notifications to passengers and drivers, inbound SMS for text bookings, and outbound callout to alert passengers when their vehicle has arrived.
