The platform provides instant, per-lot pre-feasibility analysis covering gross floor area, setback requirements and environmental constraints. It automates interpretation of municipal zoning bylaws and property records, including parsing of source documents, and features an interactive map and lot visualization for exploring buildable potential.
AI-Assisted Insights
AI-assisted analysis turns dense regulatory text into plain-language insights via LLM orchestration across OpenAI, Anthropic and Google GenAI, managed through LangChain.
Builder Matching & Scheduling
The platform handles homeowner-builder matching and scheduling to progress qualified projects, as well as subscription and payment processing via Stripe.
